AI Transformation Assessment & Roadmap
Three weeks to a ranked AI roadmap and an Executive Readout
Most companies past the pilot stage do not have an AI problem. They have an ownership problem: initiatives are real, budget is real, and driving them sits with one executive who has no bandwidth. Three weeks, four deliverables, starting at $3,500 — and an honest read on what to do next.
Who it's for
- Leadership teams with AI initiatives already in progress and nobody owning them end to end
- Companies where systems are in place and partly automated, but the roadmap lives in one person's head
- Executives who want a decision made on evidence, not on a vendor's pitch deck
What you get
- AI Opportunity Roadmap — every candidate process, sized and ranked
- AI & Technical Blueprint — architecture, integrations, data and control points
- Project plan for the first two to three workstreams
- AI Program Control Center v1 — the live view of what is running and what it costs
- Executive Readout with the recommendation, in person or remote
How it runs
Week 1
Discover: interviews, systems inventory, current initiatives and baselines.
Week 2
Design: opportunity roadmap and technical blueprint, sized by workstream.
Week 3
Execute plans and Control Center v1, then the Executive Readout.
Questions
Is this an AI readiness assessment?
Yes, for companies that already have AI initiatives in progress. Over three weeks it inventories your systems, current initiatives and baselines, sizes and ranks every candidate process on an opportunity roadmap, sets out the technical blueprint and turns the first two to three workstreams into project plans, closing with the Executive Readout. Companies with nothing running yet need a pilot, not an assessment.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Starting at $3,500, paid 100% on confirmation with the statement of work. Three weeks, closing with the Executive Readout, in person or remote. The full $3,500 is credited against the first retainer month if a retainer starts within 30 days of the readout.
How is this different from an automation audit?
The Automation Audit looks at workflows and tells you which to automate first. This looks at the whole programme — initiatives already in flight, the architecture underneath them, who owns what, and what the next two quarters should look like. If you only want one workflow automated, buy the audit; it is cheaper and faster.
We already have AI projects running. Is it still worth it?
That is the case it is built for. Companies with nothing running need a pilot, not an assessment. Companies with three or four initiatives and one overloaded executive need someone to sequence them, kill the ones that will not pay, and put a control layer over the rest.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. The work is remote by default with an on-site readout where it makes sense, and it runs across US and UK time zones.
What happens if the readout says do nothing?
Then it says do nothing, and you have spent $3,500 to avoid a much larger mistake. The roadmap is yours to keep either way.
